Providers may choose to complete registration and obtain their login info by e-mail, and they may choose to receive e-mail alerts regarding account changes, billing, Fax Authorization Status and payment information. Providers who do not want to receive e-mails about our future “Recommended” services may out-opt of e-mail transmissions by informing customer service by fax or emailing the decision to “opt-out” of future offers we may send.. providers  may be required to provide their email address so that MDeReferral  may send communications to the user about their online services account and/or other business-related communications
